Our technical authors have vast experience in the development and design of both off-the shelf and bespoke learning and development programmes, including specialist systems, such as operational policing, construction project planning and environmental health systems. Course material, lesson plans, learner exercises, activities and proof of learning assessments are authored precisely to client requirements.

Clients’ own documentation, policies, business rules and files can be readily incorporated into any course. Examples and exercises are incorporated to include real case studies and illustrations.

Learning Guides set out course objectives, include a table of contents and index facility. At the end of each topic, there are interactive exercises to consolidate learning, and verify understanding.

Quick Reference Guides, pick out key topics and frequently used functions. Quick Reference Guides can be produced in a number of different sizes and formats, and are designed to be kept on desks when learners return to work.

We specialise in producing innovative, experiential learning content, supported by comprehensive course notes, clearly structured in a modular format. Slides from trainer presentations are included within learning guides, along with personality profiling response and summary documents.

Group activity exercises are added to Learning Guides throughout a workshop. Information relating to role plays, simulations, flipchart exercises, games, and discussion documents form an important part of the material learners take back to the workplace.

Learning Guides are also used to undertake personal action planning, focusing on the implementation of new ways of working once training is completed.
