Target Audience:  

Project planners who manage multiple projects or large plans and who need to control project costs and resources.

 
   
Objectives:  

On completion of the course users will be able to manage and control a project plan after a project has been initiated and monitor the progress of multiple projects simultaneously. Users will also be able to customise their working environment, share information with Project and other Microsoft Office applications and analyse project data.

 
   
Prerequisites:  

A working knowledge of building project plans which include tasks, resource and cost information.  Users should also be able to apply constraints within projects using tasks and dependency links.
