Microsoft Outlook 2010 Fundamentals
 
Target Audience:  

Users who have little or no experience of Outlook who need to be able to work with the four main components of the package, email, calendar, tasks and contacts.

 
   
Objectives:  

On completion of this course, users will be able to move around Outlook, get help, send, read and forward e-mail, and work with email attachments, set and keep track of their appointments, create task lists and contacts and create Notes.  User will also be able to print the various screens of their Outlook desktop.

 
   
Prerequisites:  

Users must be proficient with a mouse and keyboard and be able to confidently work within a Windows environment -  minimise, maximise, open, close.
