Pre Course Skill Assessments
Skill Assessment questionnaires are used for carrying out a perception based Training Needs Analysis. The analysis is defined by what users identify as being their own areas of need. Additionally we undertake physical skills analysis and job specific analysis dependant on the needs and environment of each individual customer.
