Target Audience:

Those using Project on a regular basis or who may be responsible for supervising other Project users. The aim of the course is to demonstrate techniques used for managing large, complex projects, and in particular linking multiple projects. The course also looks at integrating Project with other programs, including spreadsheets and databases.

Prerequisites:

A good basic understanding of the fundamentals of Project gained either through attendance of the Fundamentals course or relevant practical experience.

On completion of the course delegates will possess the skills required to manage and control a project plan after a project has been initiated and monitor the progress of multiple projects simultaneously. Delegates will also be able use some of the more sophisticated features within Project to customise their working environment, share information with Project and other Microsoft Office applications, and analyse project data.
